Around 3 weeks after your session, you will be invited back to the studio to view your gallery of a minimum of 25 images where you will be able to choose your collection and any additional wall art or printed products you would like. The viewing appointment is a relaxed meeting, I hate hard sales, so your ordering appointment will be as relaxed as your session.

YOUR QUESTIONS
When should I book my newborn session?
Most people reserve their newborn photography session with me as soon as they have had their 12 week scan as I only reserve 8 newborn sessions a month to ensure that I have availability in case babies are early or late.
Don’t panic if you’ve already had your baby though, I do sometimes have last minute availability as my booked babies rarely come close to their due dates so please get in touch and we will find the first available session for you.
WHEN DOES THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?
It is normally best for newborn sessions to take place up to approximately 4 weeks after birth as your baby will be sleepier and more likely to be posed into those curled up newborn images that you will have seen. Once you have reserved your session then all you need to do is let me know when your little one arrives and we will confirm the date and details.
HOW LONG WILL THE SESSION TAKE?
Newborn sessions can take up to 4 hours so I only book in one newborn baby photography session per day and I will go entirely at your little one’s pace and allow plenty of time for feeding, changing and settling.
As a mum of two, I remember those crazy few weeks very well so I want you to relax whilst I work with your precious new arrival and ensure we get plenty of beautiful portraits for you, preserving all of those precious little details forever.
WHAT IF MY BABY IS UNSETTLED?
I have years of experience of settling little ones and the session will be entirely baby led to make sure your baby is happy. There is never any rush and we will make sure your little one is fed and comfortable. I have lots of little techniques to settle your baby if needed so please don’t worry.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
Nope, I have various wraps, hats and headbands we can use if you like them or we can keep it totally natural. It’s your baby and your photos so your call. Just bring nappies and milk and I’ll get the kettle on so you can have a well deserved rest 🙂

The importance of wall art
I believe that your family and children’s images should be proudly displayed in your homes. It has been proven that children who grow up in homes where their photos are on show, grow up to be more confident. All of my clients who choose to have wall art always comment that their little ones love seeing the photos of them as a baby and regularly smile and point out their baby photos to guests.
Print products and wall art are purchased in addition to digital packages. However, should you wish to order prints or wall art rather than a package then due to the time involved in processing, ordering and printing etc there is a minimum order amount of £299.
